Lorri Zelaznik LVT

Lorri has an AAS in veterinary science technology from the State University of New York Agriculture and Technical college at Delhi. She also attended Cornell University where she received a Certificate in Animal Health Technology and participated in Externships in Large Animal Medicine, Radiology and Surgery. Additionally, Lorri has experience working for Derks Animal Clinic, Cutler Plaza Animal Hospital and Keene Veterinary Clinic where her responsibilities included, providing nursing care to patients and various skills in emergency medicine.  Lorri has experience presenting to various levels of associates from front line to senior management about HIPAA Privacy and Security as well the Standards of Conduct for the corporate compliance program.   This background will ensure that Lorri Zelaznik will be quite successful as  a Pet Emergency, CPR, Advanced Life Support and Large Animal Emergency instructor.

Monica Hernandez

Monica is a devoted animal lover, leading her to adopt Jazz the beautiful black cat, and Rex, a 4-monthold Pitbull mix. Monica has 20 years of Nursing experience, in addition to becoming a Certified DogTrainer through Anthony Jerone’s School of Dog Training In NYC. Monica’s passion for helpingabandoned and injured pets drives her to dedicate her spare time to volunteering at the local HumaneSociety. Through her work experience, Monica is able to utilize her clinical knowledge and criticalthinking skills to train your precious pets.

Jessie Miller

Jessie Miller is an avid animal advocate who loves to write and educate.  She is an animal enthusiast and runs a nonprofit, EPIC Animals Outreach, which focuses on rescue, service, and humane education outreach teaching compassion for people, animals, and the environment.  Jessie has over 20 years’ experience handling pets (cats, dogs, and small animals to include rabbits, rats, guinea pigs and more).  She also has hands on experience in rescue and education with wildlife to include snakes, birds (sea + land), raccoons, turtles (sea and land), and alligators.  As an HSUS District Leader and a Feral Friend Network partner for Alley Cat Allies, Jessie is on the cutting edge of progressive change for the betterment of people and animals in our communities.  Jessie lives in Florida where she spends her time at the beach, running, writing, reading, and hanging out with her rescued pets; 4 dogs (Wrigley + Chance are pictured) 5 cats, and a rat.  Please visit www.epicanimals.org.  You can also read more about her writing at www.myepicwriting.com and on Examiner.com as the Jacksonville, FL Pet’s Examiner.
